NetTeller Security Features

Account Time-Out Settings

Your internet banking account is set to automatically "time-out" after 10 minutes of inactivity.  This means that if you leave your session idle for this period you will be logged out of internet banking and be required to log in again.  Similarly, if the account has no internet banking activity for a period of six months the internet banking portion of the account will be disabled.  These are security measures in place for your protection.

Passwords

The first time you use your internet banking account it will be required to change your password.  We also recommend that Internet banking customers change their passwords on a regular basis, at least every 4 to 6 weeks.  Remember, the password is the key to your account;  it should be something that you can remember but is not easily guessed.  For some helpful password tips, Click Here.
